On 26 April 2021, Mr. Paisit Boonparlit, Chargé d’Affaires and the Team from the Royal Thai Embassy in Pretoria, met with Mr. Mark Havercroft, Regional Director Africa and Ms. Ashleigh Christie, Director of People and Culture, Africa of the Thai owned Minor Hotels Group to discuss the company’s investment in Southern Africa. The two sides exchanged information on opportunities for Thai business and investment in Southern Africa, especially in the area where Thailand has expertise, such as hospitality.
