How to Apply for the Certificate of Entry (CoE)
- The application for Certificate of Entry (COE) of Thai nationals and non-Thai nationals for traveling to Thailand can now be submitted online at https://coethailand.mfa.go.th/
- For instruction on the application and process, please see the link and video clip below.
The required documents needed to apply for the COE for non-Thai nationals include:
1. A copy of passport
2. Valid visa (if needed) – please send an email to “[email protected]” for more information.
3. Confirmed flight booking
4. Medical insurance with minimum coverage of 100,000 USD covering COVID-19 treatment and the total duration of stay in Thailand (For more information and options of medical insurance, please visit the website “covid19.tgia.org”)
5. AQ Confirmation Letter – For choices of Alternative Quarantine (AQ), please visit the website “hsscovid19.com” or the link https://bit.ly/3556nel
There are 5 authorized platforms for AQ hotel booking as follows:
(1) book directly with the AQ hotel

Remarks:
1. Before departure, the travelers must present the COVID-Free RT-PCR Test that must be valid not over than 72 hours before departure to the airline and the authorities concerned.
2. Travelers should prepare the complete South Africa’s Health Form and T8 Form before travelling.
3. It would take approximately 3-5 working days for the COE process.
