Issued to those who wish to attend a workshop/conference, company training in Thailand.

Each applicant must have their own set of application documents.

HOW TO SUBMIT VISA APPLICATIONS
1. In person
2. By courier
** No emailed or online applications**

Processing time: (once complete application received)
Approximately 4-5 business days
Certain nationalities take longer as we have to get approval from our headquarters in Thailand first to issue their visas from the Royal Thai Embassy in Pretoria
**We do not offer expedited service**

1. Your actual current Passport.
*Passport must not expire within less than 6 months
*Passport must contain at least 2 completely empty visa pages
2. One original visa application form completely filled out
*The application form MUST be signed by the APPLICANT personally, unless applicant is a minor.
*A separate form is required for each applicant, regardless of age
3. Copy of passport
*the data page with name & photo
*& any previous Thai visas
4. Copy of ID document
*for example ID card or driver’s license, not the same as passport
5. If not a national of the country you reside in, a copy of permanent residence permit.
6. 2 Passport Photographs of 2x2 inches
*Photos must be taken within 6 months,
*Photos must be colour
7. A copy of the flight itinerary/reservation
*The name of the applicant must indicated clearly
8. Proof of bookings for accommodation in Thailand
*If not hotel or guesthouse booking, we will accept an invitation letter to visit Thailand (including a copy of ID card for Thai Host, or, passport and Thai stay permit for non-Thai Host
9. Letter of invitation (signed) from the organizers in Thailand
10. Copy of Thai Business Registration certificate
11. Letter (signed) confirming employment in your home country and indication reason for travel to Thailand.
12. A copy of recent bank statement for the last 3 months with a closing balance of 20,000 Thai Baht, or equivalent

*The name of the applicant must be indicated clearly.
*In case of submitting family bank statement a proof of relationship (i.e. birth certificate, marriage certificate) must be provided, plus signed letter by sponsor
17. Yellow fever vaccination card copy if you come from or have travelled to a yellow fever area

18. Printed proof of payment (transfer or deposit) for the visa application fee (950 ZAR)

All supporting materials that are not in English or Thai must be accompanied by certified English translations and certified by an embassy only.

How Long Can I Stay In Thailand with an Approved Non-Immigrant ED Education Visa?
Holders of an approved transit visa for Thailand are permitted a single entry stay of up to 90 days in the country.

The visa is valid to enter Thailand for 3 months from the date of issue, and the traveler is permitted their single entry at any point during this period of validity.

Visa can be extended at the Immigration Bureau in Thailand.
