The Royal Thai Embassy in Pretoria held a commemorative ceremony on the occasion of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother’s Birthday Anniversary on 12 August 2025.

His Excellency Mr. Ekapol Poolpipat, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Republic of South Africa, presided over the ceremony and led the Embassy officials, members of Team Thailand in Pretoria, and their spouses in paying homage to Her Majesty The Queen Mother. The ceremony included the presentation of a floral tribute and the signing of a book of well-wishes, reflecting their profound loyalty and heartfelt gratitude for Her Majesty’s benevolence.
