Death Certificate

Documents required are as follows:
1. Death certificate registration form (available at the Embassy)
2. Death certificate issued by local authority
3. Certificate of cremation or funeral arrangement
4. Passports of the informer and the deceased
5. Copies of identification document or house registration certificate of the informer and the deceased
