Marriage Certificate

Documents required are as follows:
1. Identification document of both parties
2. Letter of impediment of both parties
3. House registration certificate for Thai citizens and proof of residence for foreigners
4. 2 witnesses with their identification documents

For Thai nationals, documents issued by Thai authorities must always be certified by the Department of Consular Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand.

For Foreign nationals, documents issued by foreign authorities must always be certified by the Department of International Relations and Cooperation or equivalent agency.
